Raspberry smoothie (non-dairy)

Top Tips

Cook the fruit in advance and store it in an airtight container in the fridge until ready to serve. It’s also great served with reduced fat ice-cream. 

Ingredients

2 cups Creative Gourmet frozen Raspberries
2 ½ cups Apple and Mango Juice

Instructions

  1. Place frozen raspberries and juice in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 tall serving glasses and serve.
