1. Place Cranberries and water in a bowl and microwave, uncovered, on 100% power for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until Cranberries have ‘burst’ and softened. (If you would like a clear conserve sieve berries to remove skins and pips however this is NOT necessary. Reheat in microwave until boiling)
2. Stir in sugar and continue to microwave, uncovered, on 100% power for 4 minutes. Stir in Jamsetta and when dissolved microwave for a further 4 minutes. ( 1 1/2 packets will give you a stiffer consistency) Stir and press a sheet of plastic wrap onto surface to prevent skin forming. Cool and spoon into sterilised jars. Use as required.
