Whipping up smoothies and drinks with Creative Gourmet frozen berries and fruits

  • If you have a good-quality blender, most berries and fruits can be added frozen with the liquid. Strawberries are larger and freeze very firm so these should be slightly defrosted before going into you’re blender. If you prefer a not-so-cold ‘iced’ smoothie, partially defrost your berries and fruits before blending.
  • Creative Gourmet frozen berries and fruits are perfect for non-dairy smoothies and drinks. Blend the berries and fruits with your favourite fruit juice instead of using milk. Apple, pear, pineapple, cranberry, mango and berry juice and blends of these juices team well with most frozen berries and fruits.
