I hope you had a wonderful festive season.

Sadly, as this email is sent out, all our thoughts are with those families affected by the tragic floods in Australia. I’m pleased to let you know, that in true Aussie spirit, Creative Gourmet (as part of Patties Foods) are generously donating both food (where possible) and cash donations to people in those flood affected areas.

It’s mid summer and the perfect time for fuss-free nourishing food. With that in mind, I have pleasure in sending you these new Creative Gourmet recipes that I’ve developed.

It’s mid summer and lots of kids are still on school holidays, keep them happy and cool with these creamy Raspberry Yoghurt Pops made with Creative Gourmet frozen Raspberries! You can buy paddle-pop moulds from kitchenware or bargain shops. Most craft stores stock paddle-pop sticks.

And for those relaxed summer mornings, enjoy my healthy Berry Bircher Muesli for breakfast. Simply soak the oats in fruit juice the night before. Fold through the just-defrosted berries and apple right before serving.
