With the arrival of the cooler weather, it’s the perfect time for some home baking. I’m sure many of you will be participating in the Cancer Council’s Australia's Biggest Morning Tea on May 26th. With that in mind, I’ve just developed some delicious new recipes for you - Cherry, Sour Cream & Coconut Muffins and an easy Blueberry & Walnut Teacake. Both are fabulous recipes for morning tea.
There’s also a recipe for a tempting Blackberry & Apple Free Form Tart to share with family and friends on a chilly evening. Creative Gourmet frozen Blackberries team beautifully with the canned pie apple in this sweet tart. It needs nothing more than a dollop of cream!

When baking with Creative Gourmet’s frozen berries and fruits, don’t defrost them to add to the recipe, just use them straight from your freezer. Too easy!
Until next time…. happy baking.

We all know we should have 2 serves of fruit and 5 serves of vegetables every day (with ½ cup considered a serve) but sometimes it's easier said than done.
Creative Gourmet berries are a great (and easy) fruit source as they are lower in sugar and energy than most fruits and packed full of super food antioxidants.
