Berry & Honey Breakfast Compote

Give breakfast a burst of spring freshness with this delicious berry compote. I make the compote on Sunday evening and store it in an airtight container in the fridge, so it’s ready for healthy fuss-free weekday breakfasts.

This berry compote is sweetened with honey and apple juice. It combines very well with crunchy granola and the healthy yoghurt that’s blended with LSA (a mixture of ground linseeds, sunflower seeds and almonds).

Peking Duck Crepe Wraps

Creative Gourmet frozen Crepes are so convenient. They’re individually frozen and look and taste great, as well as being GLUTEN-FREE. You really wouldn’t be bothered making your own crepes once you’ve tried them!

This recipe is easy to make and serve. Simply warm the frozen crepes and serve with shredded duck, strips of Lebanese cucumber, green onions (shallots) with hoisin sauce. Alternatively you could use the flesh of a barbecued chicken instead of duck. I place all the filling ingredients on the table and my family wrap their own crepes —too easy!.
