Non-dairy Raspberry Smoothie

Rather than using milk, I’ve blended Creative Gourmet frozen Raspberries with apple and mango juice in this light and icy smoothie. This refreshing, fat-free smoothie tastes great and packs a powerful antioxidant punch.

Crunchy Cherry Breakfast Yoghurt  The season is not over for cherries

One of my favourite products is Creative Gourmet frozen Pitted Cherries. They’re available all year in the supermarket freezer.

I love eating these frozen cherries straight from the box (or you can leave them for a few minutes at room temperature to slightly soften). Due to their naturally high sugar content, the cherries do not freeze too firm which means they make a cool, fat-free snack. Kids love them too!

For breakfast, try Crunchy Cherry Breakfast Yoghurt. Simply poach the frozen cherries in a little orange juice and cool then serve the cherry mixture layered with granola or toasted muesli and thick natural yoghurt.

Relax with a no-fuss summery desert

This cool dessert is perfect for a casual dinner with family and friends. Whip it up in a flash! Simply simmer Creative Gourmet frozen Raspberries and Creative Gourmet frozen Pitted Cherries in a delicious mixture of passionfruit pulp, lime juice and a little brown sugar. I like to cook the fruit in advance and pop into an airtight container in the fridge until ready to serve.
