An authentic French style crepe – light, thin and pre-cooked – all you have to do is re-heat for a few seconds (with a microwave or oven) and use for whatever purpose you have in mind. They are so versatile – suitable for either sweet or savoury applications – see recipes for the many uses. Creative Gourmet French Style crepes are also gluten free.

Nutritional benefits

At only 455kj per serve, a 50g crepe has little more kj and total carbohydrates than a piece of fresh fruit.  They are gluten free, so great for people with coeliac disease or gluten intolerance. Top with heated Creative Gourmet berries or fruit and enjoy.
