Creative Gourmet Raspberries are loose frozen for convenience. Pure fruit. NO ADDED SUGAR, preservatives or colouring.
Sweet and plump raspberries can be used in a great range of desserts, cakes, muffins, tarts and puddings or can be simply served with breakfast cereals or yoghurt. Do not defrost for baking etc, add the frozen fruit.

Country of origin

Creative Gourmet Raspberries are primarily sourced from Chile. In the latter half of the year they are sourced from Serbia.

Raspberries, known as the king of berries, are part of the rose family, and contain:

• Fibre, necessary for good gut function and development of healthy gut microflora.
• Vitamin C, has vital protective antioxidant properties, as well as being required for many specific everyday functions.
• Manganese
• Folate necessary for the correct formation of cell genetic material as well as blood functioning and prevention of heart disease risk.  
• Potassium
• Active antioxidants, as measured by TEAC method, which combat the destructive free radicals generated by the body every day that cause ageing and health degeneration. Raspberries have 3 times the antioxidant activity as kiwis, and 10 times that of tomatoes. Raspberries are well known for their powerful antioxidant tannins and flavanoids.
