Blueberry Ripple Shake

Ingredients

300g Creative Gourmet Frozen Blueberries
55g (1/4 cup) caster sugar
2 tbs water
750ml (3 cups) milk
260g (1 cup) thick natural yoghurt
1 ½ tbs honey
2 tbs wheatgerm (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place half the blueberries in a small saucepan over high heat. Add the sugar and water. Bring to the boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 3 minutes or until liquid has reduced slightly. Set aside to cool.
  2. Place the milk, yoghurt, honey and wheatgerm, if desired, remaining blueberries in the jug of a blender. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. Swirl the syrup around the inside of each serving glass. Pour the shake among the glasses and serve immediately.
