Forest Fruit Jellies

Kids love these jellies laden with delicious Forest Fruits including cherries, blueberries, strawberries and blackberries!

Ingredients

500g box Creative Gourmet frozen Forest Fruits
2 x 85g pkts red jellies (like Raspberry or Port Wine flavours)

Instructions

  1. Place frozen Forest Fruits into 8 x 1 cup serving glasses or plastic disposable cups.
  2. Make jellies (in one batch) as per packet instructions, however, reduce total liquid by 200ml. Pour jelly mixture over fruits. Cover with plastic wrap. Chill in refrigerator for 4-5 hours or until set and serve.
