3 Creative Gourmet frozen Berry Antioxidant Smoothie Cubes
200ml skim milk
1 tablespoon skim milk powder

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender (or use a stick blender). Blend until smooth. Pour into a serving glass and serve.

Nutrition tip – you can use any of the smoothie cubes with this recipe for a great tasting alternative!

I have been having this smoothy every morning for the last three years and just love it but I add a few extra ingredients a long the way to make it more filling but still good for you! Instead of the skim milk powder I add one scoop of low fat yogurt and
I also add three tbls raw oats, one tbls each of protein powder, pshylium husks, LSA mix and 1/2 a banana! It's very yummy and keeps you full till lunch time too!!
