Strawberry Caipiroska

Ingredients

1 ¼ cups (150g) Creative Gourmet frozen Strawberries, plus extra to serve
2 tbsp caster sugar
Juice of 1 lime
1/3 cup (80ml) vodka
Crushed ice, to serve

Instructions

  1. Lightly thaw strawberries by microwaving for 90 secs on low or setting aside at room temperature for 20-30mins. Place in a food processor or blender with caster sugar and lime juice and plus until smooth.
  2. Divide between four glasses. Add vodka and ice. Stir and serve with extra strawberries.
