Simply blend 2-3 Smoothie Cubes™ and 200ml of milk or juice.
For a thicker Smoothie, use 150ml milk or juice and add;
Breakfast Smoothie Cubes™ and Berry Antioxidant Smoothie Cubes™ team particularly well with thick natural and Greek-style yoghurt. Add a squeeze of honey if desired.
For icy cool Smoothies, add about 1/3 – ½ cup ice cubes or crushed ice.
The Berry Antioxidant, Tropical and Strawberry Smoothie Cubes™ taste great when blended with juice and 1-2 fresh mint leaves.
If you don’t have a powerful blender, add the milk or juice first then add the frozen Smoothie Cubes™ and blend for as long as required until smooth.

Smoothie ideas for KidsWhip up a healthy ‘Before-School’ Smoothie by combining 1 Breakfast Smoothie Cube™ and 1 Tropical or Strawberry Smoothie Cube™ with 150ml reduced fat milk and 1/3 cup reduced fat tropical or berry yoghurt.
Use Smoothie Cubes™ to quickly make ‘popsicles’. Simply make the Smoothie as desired using milk, juice and/or yoghurt. Pour the Smoothie mixture into ice-block moulds and freeze until firm. Remove from the moulds to serve.
If using the Berry Antioxidant Smoothie Cubes™ (which are less sweet than the Tropical, Strawberry or Breakfast Smoothie Cubes), use 150ml milk and ½ cup reduced fat strawberry yoghurt or berry-flavoured yoghurt.
Make a smoothie using Smoothie Cubes™ as directed and add 2 tablespoons skim milk powder for a creamy high protein pre- or post-training snack.
For serious athletes, add 2 scoops of chocolate flavoured protein powder, 500ml skim milk and 3 Breakfast Smoothie Cubes™ as a high protein post-training recovery meal.
For added recovery benefits add 2 scoops of vanilla flavoured protein powder 500ml skim milk and 3 Berry Antioxidant Smoothie Cubes™ for a high protein, carbohydrate recovery snack packed full of antioxidants.

Blend 2 Tropical Smoothie Cubes™ with 200ml mango juice and 2 scoops mango sorbet.
Blend 2 Breakfast Smoothie Cubes™ with 150ml reduced fat milk and 1/2 cup Greek-style yoghurt.
Blend 3 Strawberry Smoothie Cubes™ with 150ml milk, 50g (that’s half a small 100g tub) strawberry frozen yoghurt or 2 scoops berry sorbet.
Blend 3 Berry Antioxidant Smoothie Cubes™ with 200ml ruby red grapefruit juice and 1/3 cup ice-cubes or crushed ice.
